WXRK is a platform that helps job candidates understand their skills and career fit through AI-powered assessments.
What Data We Collect
Data you give us

- Answers to skill assessments and Technical Review questions

- IP address, browser type, and device info
- Pages visited and features used (analytics)

Why We Process Your Data
We do not sell your data. We do not share your profile with recruiters at this stage — the platform is currently candidate-only.
Who We Share Your Data With
We use the following third-party providers, each acting as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and a Swiss addendum:
We may also disclose your data if required by Swiss law or a court order.
International Data Transfers
WXRK is based in Switzerland, which the EU Commission recognises as providing adequate data protection. Anthropic and OpenAI are US-based companies. For any transfer of your data to the US, both providers have executed Standard Contractual Clauses under EU Commission Decision 2021/914, including a Swiss-specific addendum applying nDSG protections. Vercel and Railway are configured to use EU regions to minimise cross-border transfers.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where Swiss law requires longer retention (e.g. financial records: 10 years under Art. 958f OR).
We will define a more detailed retention schedule as the platform matures. In the meantime, you can always request deletion at app@wxrk.ch.
Cookies
WXRK does not currently use cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookies are set.
AI and Automated Processing
WXRK uses AI to build your profile, run Technical Reviews (LLM and Voice), and calculate your Candidate-Market Fit score. These are tools to help you understand your career positioning — they do not currently determine access to job opportunities, as the recruiter-facing side of the platform is not yet live.
If that changes, we will update this policy and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Security
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption on all connections, and our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Railway) encrypt data at rest. We limit access to personal data to what is strictly necessary.
If we become aware of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will inform affected users without undue delay.
Children
WXRK is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, please contact app@wxrk.ch.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
