Who We Are
WXRK is an AI-powered career platform that helps job candidates understand their skills, run Technical Reviews, and assess their Candidate-Market Fit. The platform is accessible at www.wxrk.ch.
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using WXRK in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of any update means you accept the revised terms.
Who Can Use WXRK
You must be at least 16 years old to use WXRK. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may only use WXRK for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Your Account
To access the platform, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when registering
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at app@wxrk.ch.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
What WXRK Provides
WXRK offers tools to help you understand your career positioning, including:
Job history profiling
An AI-generated competency profile based on your CV and assessments.
AI Technical Reviews
Structured skill evaluations powered by AI.
Candidate-Market Fit scoring
An AI-generated score comparing your profile to job market requirements.
These tools are provided for informational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, and WXRK does not guarantee any specific outcome (such as obtaining a job interview or employment).
Your Content
When you upload your CV, complete assessments, or provide any other content ("Your Content"), you retain ownership of it.
By submitting Your Content, you grant WXRK a limited licence to use it for the sole purpose of providing the platform services to you — specifically, to run AI assessments, generate your profile, and display results back to you.
We do not share Your Content with recruiters or third parties without your explicit action. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, except where you have given explicit consent to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use WXRK for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without our written permission
- Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
- Use the platform to harass, harm, or impersonate any person
We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who violates these rules.
Intellectual Property
All platform content — including but not limited to the WXRK name and logo, design, software, AI models, and written content — belongs to WXRK and is protected under applicable Swiss and international intellectual property law.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use WXRK's intellectual property outside of your normal use of the platform.
Third-Party Services
WXRK uses third-party providers to deliver its services (including AI providers, hosting, and email). These providers are listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties. The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Availability and Changes
WXRK is an early-stage platform. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes or discontinuations where possible.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WXRK is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
AI-generated outputs (job history profiles, Technical Review scores, Candidate-Market Fit scores) are tools to aid self-reflection. They are not infallible and should not be solely relied upon for career decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law, WXRK's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to WXRK in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost opportunities or loss of data), unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Swiss nDSG and GDPR.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing app@wxrk.ch or via the account settings page. We will process deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aargau, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
